The End of All Things Will be Televised

Game of Thrones, eh? Phew… that was really something. That last season came and went in a flurry of tweets, group chats, office discussions and angry petitions.

Like most things in my life right now, it seemed to have been over much too quickly. Six episodes just didn’t really do it justice but would ten? Maybe it is best that we have come to an end. Lives can start to be lived once again and we can wait for the books that promise so much more understanding of character drive and development that has been building for nearly four decades.

I’ve really enjoy all parts of the song of ice and fire, so far, it’s just a shame that the first ending we received was played by ear and contained a few bum notes.
